Training Seminars

To become a Certified Behavior Instructor for Autism, Level-1

Our expert Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) training consultants travel to your location to conduct a 2-day training seminar in applied behavior analysis (ABA) for autism spectrum disorder. This seminar is great for groups of participants who want to practice and get feedback on the ABA methods. This training seminar includes:

  • All the training videos from the online training
  • A pre-printed participant manual
  • Practice activities
  • Feedback and discussion
  • BACB continuing education units

Field Training

To become a Certified Behavior Instructor for Autism, Level-2

Our training consultants travel to organizations or schools in order to guide groups of participants through competency-based field training to help them reach proficiency using ABA methods with students. This hands-on, field training is available for groups of participants who have completed seminar or online training as part of an organization or school contract.

Field training includes:
  • Written competency-checklists to guide training
  • Explanation of ABA methods from the training consultant
  • Demonstrations of ABA methods by the training consultant
  • Practice using ABA methods with students
  • Helpful feedback from the training consultant on accurate use of techniques
  • Option to become a Certified Behavior Instructor for Autism – Level 2 (CBIA-2) Active for 1-year after passing field exam
  • Option for name to be listed in online registry of CBIAs Active for 1-year after passing field exam

Consultation

Our professional training consultants are available to provide on-going consultation or supervision for groups of participants as they implement ABA methods with students. Consultation is offered for groups of participants as part of an organization or school contract.

Consultation may include:
  • Assessment of students behavioral needs
  • Design of students behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Monitoring participant’s implementation of students BIPs
  • Updating BIPs
